Due to the local public holiday, the Gympie Family History Society Library & facilities, rooms and members are unavailable to assist your family and history research needs, but …

… from GFHS, have a fun and safe Gympie Show Day.

When we return, if you have been wanting to get into recording your heritage, curious about your resilient great grandmother, your apparent wayward great-great grandfather, or the roots of your family history, the Gympie family History Society Library can help.

In 2025 our library facilities, rooms and members are available to assist your family history research needs. With Gympie or Wide Bay information, documents, books, lists, clippings, data, and plenty local knowledge and
history. So whether it be local orientated research, or, assisting with your interstate and international family history research interests, come in and see us, or make an appointment.

Wednesday: 9:30am – 2:00pm
Friday: 9:30am – 12:00pm
Saturday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
